Movement Offers

Do you feel tense, stressed, and stuck in your body? 
Try out the slow and flowing movements of Qi Gong. It will relax your body and mind. It can reduce stress in your daily life. You will feel more grounded and connected to your body.

Different types of movement, such as Yoga, Feldenkrais, and many more, as well as meditation, are part of the classes.

Claudia Rehrmann is a trained Qigong practitioner with a certificate for teaching the eastern art of Qigong. 

Individual training and group lessons for up to 3 participants are available on weekends.
Group lessons for up to 10 participants will only be available from 2026 onwards.
